Virtual participants

Virtual participants are a special type of participant in the system. Their main purpose is to fill available spots in a group without representing a real person.
They are created automatically using the following scheme:
They are automatically assigned to the group on the day they are created.

What can you do with a virtual participant?
✔️ Create them directly in a group (by specifying the number of participants or using the “fill group” option if the group has a participant limit)
✔️ See them in the participant list within a specific group
✔️ Open their participant profile
✔️ Include them in statistics and reports (counted the same as regular participants)
✔️ Check their attendance in the group (web and mobile)
✔️ See them in the class/session attendance list

What can’t you do?
A virtual participant:
❌ Does not appear in the main list of all participants
❌ Does not appear in the debtors list
❌ Cannot be selected as a message recipient
❌ Cannot be selected when:
  • adding a transaction
  • adding a payment
  • adding a refund
  • assigning a payment
❌ Does not receive any automatic notifications
❌ Does not have the following tabs in their participant profile:
  • Transactions
  • Payments
