Sending welcome messages

Sending welcome messages

Unlike other automatic messages, this message is not sent automatically. Its delivery depends on the administrator’s decision, who can trigger it manually by clicking the “Send welcome message” button in the “Communication” tab on the group page.

It is recommended to send the welcome message after adding participants to the group, configuring the payment schedule, and generating classes, so that it contains complete and up-to-date information.

To send a welcome message:

1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select the “Groups” tab.
3. From the list of groups, select the group you are interested in and click its name.
4. Go to the “Communication” tab.
5. Click the “Send welcome message” button.

6. The welcome message content will be displayed and can then be sent.

NOTE:
  1. Editing is only possible in Settings or by clicking the “Edit” button.
  2. Clicking the “Send” button sends the message to all participants who have not previously received it.
