The form contains the following options:
Name
Enter a name that allows you to easily identify the payment scheme.
Promoter
Bank account
Select the bank account to which payments should be assigned (an account can be added in Settings → Finance → Accounts).
Period
Specify how often payments should be charged:
monthly – the fee is charged every month on a specified day
semesterly – the fee is charged twice a year
annually– the fee is charged once a year
one-off– the fee is charged once for the entire course cycle
each time– the fee is charged for each class
When selecting option a) monthly, additional fields will appear:
4.1) Scheme adjustment for late enrollment
4.2) Scheme adjustment for early withdrawal from the group
These fields determine how the system should calculate monthly payments when a participant joins or leaves a group during the course period (and therefore cannot attend all classes in a given month).
The settings allow one of the following options:
full payment – the participant pays the full amount for the month, regardless of when they join or leave
proportional partial payment – the participant pays an amount calculated proportionally to the number of classes they could attend compared to all classes scheduled for that month, for example:
In May, 5 classes are scheduled: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
The participant joins on May 10th, so they can attend 3 classes.
3/5 = 60% – the payment for May for this participant will be set to 60% of the full amount.
manual partial payment – the participant pays an amount based on percentages manually defined by the administrator for the number of classes they can attend.
Example configuration:
4–5 classes – 100%
3 classes – 75%
2 classes – 50%
1 class – 25%
In May, 5 classes are scheduled: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
The participant joins on May 10th, so they can attend 3 classes.
The payment for May for this participant will be set to 75% of the full amount.
Note!
When configuring options 4.1 and 4.2, make sure that classes have been generated for the groups. Without scheduled classes, correct payment calculation is not possible

6. Fixed amount for the group
