Creating a collection scheme

A collection scheme is a structured set of collection steps that together create a consistent and effective sequence of debt reminder actions.

To create a collection scheme:

1. Select several collection steps using the checkboxes located on the right side of the list.

2. Then click the “Create a collection scheme” button.
