Applying collection steps/Debt collection steps to a group

After creating a collection step or a debt collection step, you can assign it to a selected group. From that moment on, collection messages will be automatically sent to all participants in that group with outstanding debt.

To apply collection steps or a debt collection step to a group, select them when:
  1. creating a new group, or
  2. editing an existing group.
This ensures that the collection process runs automatically and according to the previously defined schedule.
