Creating a class registration form

The general functionality of forms is described in the article “Using Forms.”

A participant registration form is a special type of form that automatically converts submitted responses into participant profiles for classes.

To create a form:

1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select the “Forms” tab.
3. lick the “New form” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

NOTE: When creating a class registration form, select “Participant” as the form type.
When adding elements to the form, use the predefined fields (green elements above the form field area). Data entered in these fields can be automatically saved in the participant database.

4. To add predefined fields, go to the “Add predefined fields” section.
