Adding a participant

Adding a participant

The message “A participant with the provided email address already exists” is for informational purposes only. It is still possible to create a new account using an email address that already exists in the database, which allows, for example, a parent to create accounts for multiple children.

To add a participant:

1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select the “Participants” tab.
3. Click the “Add participant” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

The form allows you to enter the personal details of the participant as well as their parent or guardian (in the case of underage participants).

In the participant information section, carefully complete the following required fields:

  1. Promoter – the organizational unit (most often a local branch) of the class organizer.
  2. Participant’s first name
  3. Participant’s last name

Additionally, the following optional fields are available:
  1. Facility – allows you to select the facility to which the participant will be assigned.
  2. Participant’s middle name
  3. Date of birth
  4. Gender
  5. Whether the participant has a disability certificate
  6. Residential address

In the parent or guardian information section, carefully complete the following fields:
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Mobile phone number used for SMS communication
  4. Email address used for communication and simultaneously serving as the parent’s or guardian’s login
  5. Additional residential address
  6. Comment for providing additional information.
