Waiting Room

The waiting room is a list of class registrations submitted through the registration form.

The data for participants in the Waiting Room is not the same as that for active participants in the system. Only after activation are they fully added to the system and granted access to all functionalities.

Additionally, information about people in the Waiting Room is not visible in other parts of the system and is not counted toward the number of active participants, which affects the fees for using the MI system.

To view the Waiting Room:

1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select “Waiting room.”
3. A list of participants currently in the waiting room will be displayed.
