Checking Attendance in the Web Browser

To check attendance through the web browser:
  1. Expand the “LUDO” section from the side menu.
  2. Select “Classes”.
  3. Go to the Activities column.
  4. Click the Check Attendance icon.

On the attendance screen, you can select an attendance status for each participant individually or assign the same status to all participants at once. Suspended participants will also be displayed.
Attendance statuses are defined by the administrator in the settings (see: Attendance Statuses).
Additional Icons Displayed on the Attendance List
  • Camera icon – the participant has given consent for image use.
  • Birthday cake icon – the participant has a birthday within one week before or after the class date.
  • Medal icon – the participant is attending the class for the first time.

Checking Attendance in the Mobile Application

To check attendance in the mobile application:
  1. Go to the Class List section.
  2. On the class list, tap the “✓” icon next to the class for which you want to check attendance.
  3. Attendance checking uses swipe gestures:
    • Swipe a participant to the right to mark them as Present.
    • Swipe to the left to see additional options:
      • Absent
      • Present but Not Participating
      • Suspended
