Changing a class status

Changing a class status

After classes are added to a group, they are automatically assigned the “Planned” status by default.
The status changes to “Completed” after attendance has been checked or a report has been added.
An administrator can also manually change the class status by selecting it from the list of available statuses.

To change a class status:

1. Expand the “LUDO” section from the side menu.
2. Select the “Groups” tab.
3. From the group list, choose the group you are interested in and click its name.
4. Open the “Classes” tab.
5. In the “Status” column, you can change the status of a selected class.
