Generating classes in a class group
After creating a class group, you can generate classes within its schedule.
To generate classes in a group:
1. Expand the “LUDO” tab from the side menu.
2. Select the “Groups” tab.
3. Go to the “Activities” column.
4. Click the calendar icon.
5. Fill in the form and save, paying attention to:
Start date and end date – classes will be generated between these dates.
Start time and duration (in minutes) – the same for all classes.
Day of the week – select on which day of the week the classes should take place.
Instructor – choose the instructor who will conduct the classes. Only instructors available at the selected times across all indicated days within the given date range will be available.
Optionally, you can add a description, which will be visible in the parent panel.
NOTE: It is possible to save and update payments, which will update the payment schedule.
