Bulk group archiving

Bulk group archiving

The Mondo Infano system allows bulk archiving of groups and also offers the option to archive a group together with its participants.

To archive a group:

1. Expand the LUDO tab.
2. Then select the Groups tab.
3. A list of groups will be displayed.
4. Select the groups you want to archive.
5. Next, click the “Bulk Archive” button.

6. A warning window will appear:
  * to archive only the group, click OK,
  * to archive the group together with its participants, select “Together with participants”.

Note: If the participants have already been archived, selecting the option to archive the group together with its participants will not restore them from the archive.
