Viewing issued invoices

NOTE: Issued invoices can be previewed and downloaded in XLSX or PDF format.

To view invoices:

1. Expand the “LUDO” section in the side menu.
2. Then expand the “Finances” section.
3. Select “Invoices”.
4. From the list of invoices, choose the one you are interested in and go to the activities column.
5. Click one of the available options depending on what you want to do:
  * Download file — to save the invoice to your device,
  * Edit — to make changes to the invoice content,
  * Send by email — to send the invoice directly to the recipient,
  * Delete — to permanently remove the invoice from the system.

Choose the option that best suits your needs.
