Password reset

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page : Log in | Mondo Infano

2. Click "Forgot your password ?".

3. Enter the email address used to create the account.

4. Then click the "Send reset link" button.

5. If the correct email address was provided, a password reset link will be sent. 

NOTE: Sometimes the message with the password reset link may be located in the Spam / Notifications / Other folder.

• Password change

  To change the password: 1. Log in Log in | Mondo Infano 2. Then click the icon in the top-right corner. 3. Go to the “Password” tab. 4. Enter your current password and your new password. 5. Click “Change password”.
