How Kontomatik works in Mondo Infano
1. After connecting the Kontomatik service, data about bank account transactions is automatically downloaded every day between 00:00 and 01:00.
2. The system automatically recognizes payments and assigns them to the appropriate participants based on:
a) the participant ID entered in the transfer title
b) the participant’s first and last name (feature in development)
c) the sender’s bank account number (feature in development)
3. All payments registered by Kontomatik will be visible in the system under:
Finance → Payment List
4. If the system is unable to automatically assign a payment to a participant, the transaction will appear as unassigned in the list — and can later be manually linked to the correct person.
